I'm so gutted, I ordered these for my daughter sized up and the ankle is just too narrow. We tried different socks, a plastic bag to help her foot slip in and no luck. They're absolutely gorgeous boots, great quality, just a bummer she can't get them on.

It sounds like the fit across the top of the foot may be feeling a little firm, which can sometimes occur for customers with a higher instep. Certain boot styles are designed with a more structured shape, so they can feel snug in this area initially.
The good news is that leather will naturally soften and mould to your foot with wear, improving comfort over time. That said, we understand fit is very important—so if they’re not feeling right, please let us know and we can certainly assist with other options better suited to your foot shape.
