Meet Milligan Competition – Terms & Conditions

Promoter

This competition is conducted by Just Country Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 66 067 955 908), trading as Ariat Australia, located at 2 Gardens Drive, Willawong QLD 4110.

Competition Period

The competition opens at 12:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 7 July 2026 and closes at 2:00pm AEST on Friday, 10 July 2026.

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

  • Employees, contractors, immediate family members, retailers, suppliers and agencies associated with the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

  • Age verification may be required before the prize is awarded.

How to Enter

To enter, complete the competition entry form by signing up to the Ariat Australia email database via the competition landing page.

Existing Ariat Australia email subscribers may also enter by completing the competition form. Any updated information will be merged with their existing subscriber profile.

Only one (1) entry per person using a valid email address is permitted. Duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • Two (2) VIP Viewing Area Tickets to Lasso Festival Brisbane on 11 July 2026 (RRP $258)

  • Two (2) Ariat Australia online vouchers valued at $250 each (total value $500)

  • One (1) exclusive Meet & Greet with Drake Milligan (money can't buy experience)

Total prize value: $758 AUD.

Prize Conditions

  • The prize is valid only for the Lasso Festival Brisbane on 11 July 2026.

  • Transport, accommodation and any additional expenses are not included.

  • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  • If any prize component becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

  • Winners and any guests must comply with all venue and event entry conditions.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random after the competition closes.

The winner will be contacted using the details provided during entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required timeframe, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Please allow up to 28 days for prize delivery where applicable.

Privacy

By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for the administration of the competition and for marketing purposes by Ariat Australia and any promotional partners associated with this competition.

  • Late, incomplete, invalid or duplicate entries will not be accepted.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical issues, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
