How do I get there?
The ARIAT Warehouse is located at Unit 4/20 Buttonwood Place, Willawong QLD 4110.
From Brisbane CBD, the easiest way to get there is by car:
Head south-west via the M3 / Pacific Motorway (towards Logan/Gold Coast), then take the exit toward Beaudesert Road (State Route 15). Continue onto Beaudesert Road and follow signs for the Willawong / Larapinta industrial area. Turn into Buttonwood Place, where Unit 4 is located within the industrial complex.
Travel time is typically around 25–35 minutes from Brisbane CBD, depending on traffic.
Where can I Park?
There will be disabled parking on-site. All other parking is on-street within the industrial estate.
What will be on sale?
This is a warehouse clearance and sample line sale, so sizing, styles, and availability will vary and are strictly first come, first served.
Please note that no phone or mail orders will be available, so make sure you attend in person to secure your bargain while stock lasts.
What payment methods will be available?
You can pay using cash, credit card, debit card, or Afterpay.
Returns – Can I return or exchange what I buy?
Warehouse Sale prices are not available online. Please choose carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, holds, or phone orders for any items purchased at the ARIAT Warehouse Sale.
Will you be having a warehouse sale in other locations?
At this stage, no additional warehouse sales are planned in other locations, as our warehouse is based in Brisbane.
Can I get the warehouse sale prices online?
Unfortunately, warehouse sale pricing is only available in person during the event. All items are sold on a first come, first served basis, and availability is limited.
What parking options are close to the sale?
There is parking available onsite at the ARIAT Warehouse (Unit 4/20 Buttonwood Place), with additional street and industrial estate parking nearby if required.
Parking in the area is generally straightforward, but we recommend arriving early as spaces may fill quickly during busy periods of the sale.
